The Director, Social Media is responsible for the social media strategy and activation of all messaging, feedback, branding and Papa John’s presence across social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) ensuring alignment with the company brand, current campaigns, customer attraction and retention, mission, vision, and values. This position will work with our outside advertising firm to identify trends and engagement opportunities, manage content flow and contributor/topic development, as well as report metrics with relevant data analysis. He/she oversees all Papa John’s social media and online platforms as well as supervises related staff.
This role will lead the multifaceted Social Media programs and campaigns for PJI, furthering public brand awareness, communication, advocacy, and brand-building initiatives
